Bragg is prosecuting no actual law? Seems to me that’s grounds to disbar the bastard.
Alvin Lardass probably wasn’t aware somebody needed to commit a crime before you can indict him. You can’t indict somebody just because you’re worried he may beat year party’s ass in the next election. Sounds like Alvin may have missed a lot of classes.
The strength of the case doesn’t matter. A New York judge and jury will convict purely on the basis of political hostility, and Bragg knows it. He doesn’t have to make a case. Trump may win on appeal, but he political damage will be done, as I’m the case of Tom Delay.
And the Republicans will do nothing in response.

How can Trump’s attorneys prepare a defense if the indictment is defective on its face by not citing the relevant criminal code broken?
This judge will have destroyed any self-respect he has if he allows this to proceed. I assume if he does proceed the pay-off will be sufficient to live with that fact. Because he will still have to look in the mirror every day.

I caught that earlier today when he spoke. Like a kid who couldn’t come up with the details, Bragg is only dealing with generalities, apparently didn’t do his homework
Everything about this bogus commie democrat indictment is preplanned, even to the timing of the next court date. It is a strategic move to interfere with future events. The communists know what they are doing and so does team Trump. Donald Trump just went through this farcical arraignment for untold crimes, against what and who we are not privy to, for a reason. Donald Trump continues to expose the traitors of this country who are trashing our laws and culture and freedoms.
