Attorney Robert Costello, the former legal adviser to Michael Cohen, spoke to Tucker Carlson on Monday night after he testified to the Manhattan Grand Jury investigating President Donald Trump.

Costello told the FOX News audience that he testified for two hours in front of Alvin Bragg’s Manhattan Grand Jury.

Robert Costello told Tucker Carlson, “I spoke to the jury for two hours… It was clear to me the Manhattan Grand Jury did not want to get to the truth.”

And it now is being reported that New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg was HIDING exculpatory evidence from the Grand Jury!

According to FOX News legal mind Gregg Jarrett, Soros-funded DA Alvin Bragg HID nearly 600 pages of exculpatory evidence to the New York Grand Jury investigating President Trump.

Gregg Jarrett: I mentioned it yesterday, I think, when Bob Costello got into that Grand Jury room and told them, “Wait a minute. You don’t have the hundreds of pages I handed over to Alvin Bragg over here? You only have six cherry-picked documents?” You know, hiding from grand juries exculpatory information is reprehensible and unconscionable. And the conduct of Alvin Bragg and his henchman Mark Pomeranz, who specifically says in his book, “We’re targeting zombies because we don’t like his beliefs,” those guys should face disbarment proceedings. Once again the REAL crooks reveal themselves.

And Jarrett is right. If there was a real justice system in the country, they should be disbarred.

Hiding evidence from a grand jury is routine bu not from a jury in a court trial.
It’s the job of defense lawyers to present that evidence.

This is all about setting bail terms to restrict Trump’s movement so he can’t hold rallys. He will be let out on bail as long as he stays in FL or NY. You watch.

Justice has no bearing on this. Bragg gets a scalp, book deals, alphabet TV gigs as the first prosector to indict a POTUS w/cuffs and a mug shot. Hero to Ds for life -—even when his case is dismissed, tossed or lost.

Prosecutors are immune to legal action no matter how egregious their malfeasance. EG Binger and Kraus. They are not immune to disbarment which seems rather a light punishment nowhere near the consequences to their victims.

It doesn't matter what Bragg has hidden or not. The important thing is getting Trump indicted like a ham sandwich and in handcuffs and leg shackles with lots of pictures.

Like Russia Gate, they'll worry about the little pesky legal details later.

Normally, I would acknowledge the usual appellant process through the court system However, time is of the essence what with all of the various prosecutors ramping up charges against PDJT. Moreover, the tipping point 2024 election is already underway and thus extraordinary action is required to counteract the myriad diabolical plots arrayed to deny him a fair chance to regain his rightful position back in the Oval Office!!!

We cannot afford to wait for the protracted court filings, rulings and subsequent appeals to play themselves out!!

FYI..., there is no obligation to provide exculpatory evidence to a Grand Jury. The jurors only hear what the prosecutors choose to present. Thus the old saying that a ham sandwich can be indicted!

Costello did a good job of presenting Cohen as a liar. In fact, he did such a good job that Cohen did not take the stand. And here, Cohen thought it was going to be his big chance to stick it to Trump....again.

Cohen probably went home with the hope that he doesn't wind up in prison again for lying to a Grand Jury.
