you’re assuming people won’t be relocate.

a National divorce will require relocation of a lot of the population.

It’s not happening overnight, it would take 5-10 years for everything to settle down. lot of Federal assets and state assets to allocate, debt dealings, splitting SS and what not.

We need a convention of the states to force the federal government to limit its role to that outlined in the constitution and respect states rights! At least 90 percent of the federal government powers are not in line with the constitution.

Yes secession would take many years and American’s no longer have what it takes to do what is right and best for the future of the country. They are self absorbed uneducated greedy people who have been taught that the country owes them something for nothing. If the founders generation had been as useless as the current one we would still be under British rule, or worse if the American industrialization and spirit had not been able to help defeat Hitler. So sad to see the demicrats destroying this great nation right before our eyes.

I think you're right. God forbid that happens because if it does it will be a horrifying, blood-soaked mess.

I don't think that'll happen though because most people will quietly accept their shackles as long as the "bread and circuses" continue.

RINOs would side with the Democrats in a Civil War.

You've got that right!

I need the names of the individuals you would be willing to trust with the Constitution under a so called convention of States.

...and you need to explain how those you would be willing to trust get to be delegates to the so called convention of States.

...and once delegates, are they able to make sure the rules committee has the preservation of the present Constitution as their guide.

I suspect such a convention would be considered fair game by anyone on the left or in the media being offered their utopian political dream on a platter.

Such is the fallacy of those with a COS on their minds.

COS itself revels in the fact that nothing can go wrong as it takes 38 States to ratify and no one is going to ratify crap.

If you don’t believe “crap” will be the order of the day, just look at the “crap” we receive in the daily “crap” barrage from the left and the right. More “crap”, the better they like it.

Destruction of the Republic is job one.

“RINOs would side with the Democrats in a Civil War.”

They always do side with the RATs.
And we ARE in a Civil War, though not kinetic yet.

A new country could raise the retirement age to 75 and suspend public pension payments for 5 years. How many old people are willing to do that?

A new country wouldn't do that.

Such a divorce was asked for in 1861. Instead those wantimg to leave were killed, their cities bombarded and homes and crops burnt. All by those claiming higher moral ground.

Like a wife being dragged back , beaten into submission.

The founders intended the Constitution to limit the government but too many people want to use government to control everyone else.

I’m 100% sympathetic, but dividing the U.S.A. into smaller territories is not going to help. If leftists can undermine the U.S.A., they can undermine smaller, divided segments of it. National divorce won’t solve the underlying problem, which is the existence of marxists.

Can probably leave out LA now and need a new governor for TX. Could take parts of oter states like TN minus Nashville. KY would have to ditch Mitch before being allowed. Take Southern IL, all of Indiana and maybe OH and WV. GA minus Atlanta.

I’m not going to argue with you given your mental disabilities. Your reading comprehension is atrocious, your thought process if f-d up, and you can’t spell.

So, while the secessionists gather to jump off a cliff, I’ve been told for years at FR that an Article V Convention of the States to restore free government is too dangerous to consider.
