Reagan ended the Cold War. Bush had nothing to do with it, other than squandering the opportunity to bring Russia into the fold, instead seeing Russia as a place to easily exploit for his corporate Masters.

The first Bush did less damage - he did not get us into two long, protracted and needless wars. It’s not a very high bar, admittedly - the Bushes were bad presidents.

Bush I didn’t do shyte.

he certainly didn’t “end the cold war.” In fact, he and his people had no clue it was happening, and didn’t know how to react when it did.

Personally? I am sorely ashamed that I was offered no better vote alternative on the ‘conservative’ side. I think history has proved that to be a correct attitude. BOTH were or are now despicable in their leftist sympathies, IMO. “W” even moreso.

Comparing and contrasting these presidents, it all will depend on the criteria we use to make the judgements.

Have at it.

In hindsight they both absolutely sucked.

#1 was a WW2 pilot and had Desert Storm.

#2 came across as a regular guy and had the GWOT.

while both sold the country out to the NWO

Bush41 showed the RATS how to beat Republicans.
I’m not sure if the GOP will ever win again.

Both were a dissapointment for small government conservatives. Both squandered their opportunities in adventure wars.
