It all began when Dave Fleishman, of El Dorado County, California, noticed his pups sniffing under his back deck. To find out, Fleishman set up a camera under the deck and couldn’t believe his eyes when he checked the footage in the morning.

I know a family that woke up one April 1 to find bear tracks in the snow from under the hot tub to the woods. They were sure it was an April fool’s hoax.
On closer inspection, under the deck turned out to have been one cozy winter hideout, despite the humans frolicking above all winter.

All I get is a Racoon that stops by several nights a week to eat the cat food on the patio. The cats and the Racoon seem to tolerate each other so I have not bothered trying to trip and relocate him.
