Steve Bannon provided a segment this morning where he suggested that President Trump is clearly the best person for Speaker.
It would be good popcorn. I doubt Trump wants it or would get the votes for the job. But forget about the impeachment angle. Just having him as Speaker would be an interesting platform for his 2024 campaign and from which he could ‘rehabilitate’ his image in the eyes of those who don’t trust him as much anymore... plus it would be mud in the eyes of those who hate him so much.
But Gaetz is just sycophantically grandstanding with this.
It would be an amazing outcome, Trump to banging in the next Congress... That would be absolutely historic.

Yep. Buffoonery. It’s clear now nobody was in charge and game planed this effort before the voting started. So we ended up a pack of self interested swampers looking for TV face time as our “representatives”.
