It would be good popcorn. I doubt Trump wants it or would get the votes for the job. But forget about the impeachment angle. Just having him as Speaker would be an interesting platform for his 2024 campaign and from which he could ‘rehabilitate’ his image in the eyes of those who don’t trust him as much anymore... plus it would be mud in the eyes of those who hate him so much.
But Gaetz is just sycophantically grandstanding with this.
I would love to see the make up of the new Jan 6 committee.
Hell, just having Trump show up, walk in, and say “Let’s go” would cause the dems to pee down their legs…
