I hate to defend gates, but I think he was referring to vaxxs as a way decrease child mortality in third world $hitholes by vaxing kids so people won’t have 10 kids anymore cause the half or so sometimes die.

Critical Theory in all its forms is actually Marxian heresy to a classical Marxist in that it attempts to maintain the same class divisions (crudely oppressor and oppressed) and rhetoric while replacing the class descriptor of economic to one of race, sex, nationality, tribe, and what is ridiculously termed "gender" these days. That demotes economics to only one of many measures of oppression. For a classical Marxist, in fact, for Marx himself, that undercuts the entire body of work since there may be as many such descriptors as the imagination can produce. Are smokers an oppressed class? Are hospital patients? Are criminals? There's no meaning left if you follow this path.
So they avoid it by not thinking about it, by adopting the emotional aspect of Marxist rhetoric, including a huge bagful of resentments and self-righteousness, instead of reason. It's a body of theory with nothing left in the way of experimental data to show success, and if the answer to that is simply to alter the data, the actual results will remain failure. As they have.

Last week when my PCP asked me if I wanted a flu shot while I was there she glared at me when I said, “No. I don’t trust them.”
I considered posting that comic on FakeBook, but I’d get banned for promoting violence against a protected species.

There are a handful of honest Marxist intellectuals who understand this and are cursing at the wind, but they are viewed by the academy as harmless heretics and are safely ignored.
Classic Marxism was also based on 19th century industrial technology and workplace so will not neatly fit into the modern information age.
It is also useless in understanding the merger of the state and the Silicon Valley corporations into a Borg-like monster that seeks to absorb everything in its path into ideological conformity and obedience.
