The fact that Hobbs was running the election and had an obvious conflict of interest makes this argument laughable. Hobbs should need to prove that she followed the law to name herself governor.

We have longstanding precedent, that despite the laws saying that chain of custody must be maintained for ballots to be valid, that the courts will not set the ballots aside without proof of how many and which ballots are specifically not valid. See Ga 2020, and PA, as examples.
