On Saturday, Judge Peter Thompson threw out Kari Lake’s lawsuit against Katie Hobbs…Abe Hamadeh’s lawsuit was also thrown out.
In response to this, Lake says that she will file an appeal to the decision.
According to Axios, “In his ruling, Thompson acknowledged “the anger and frustration of voters” but said the court “cannot accept speculation or conjecture in place of clear and convincing evidence.”
Many Arizona voters expressed ‘frustration’ with the widely reported voter tabulation issues on election day; a leaked email conversation between election officials also indicated a stunning disparity in the official vote tally…
Despite all of this, Lake’s lawsuit was dismissed due to a ‘lack of evidence’…
Lake [tweeted and] addressed the situation and told followers:
"My Election Case provided the world with evidence that proves our elections are run outside of the law. This Judge did not rule in our favor. However, for the sake of restoring faith and honesty in our elections, I will appeal his ruling."

Clear and convincing evidence will never be found.
That’s because no judge wants to be responsible for undoing an election and causing chaos, even if there is ‘clear and convincing evidence’ that would undo an election.
Then on to the U.S. Supreme Court where there are glimmers of hope.
The majority have opted to go for free stuff..even if it involves cheating (dim/RINO democracy).
Future generations be damned.
Take the case as far as possible.
But unfortunely your assessment is very likely.

People should just call Joe Biden a communist now, communist Joe. Keep up the the trope of COMMUNIST JOE as a talking point. All conservative media should use it like you hear Democrat talking points... but don’t relent. Everybody should be using that adjective for the next year. It’s the only way to respond – telling the truth. Joe and the Democrats will crumble.

If invalid ballots, used only in republican areas, produced by a company with a long history of supporting dems isn’t proof, then nothing is provable.

This situation is no longer politically nor legally solvable. More harsh and direct methods are the only way. These can be implemented clandestinely however. At least a a start.

She is a fighter. A real fighter, not a pretend one. This will either be landmark, or nothing. The future of our Republic sort of depends on it, so I am hoping landmark.

Reading between the lines of her statement, she knows it’s over, just going through the motions now.
In a case like this, is clear and convincing or preponderance of the evidence the standard?
Thompson heard more then enough to solve the problem by simply mandating a revote.
Saying he understands voter frustration and anger is nowhere near enough. He’s acknowledging that voters had their civil rights violated.
Now does it sound different?
Just because the son of the leader of the Nixon dirty tricks gang says they should all just suck it up doesnt mean the damn judiciary shuold go along with it. That’s absurd. An election isnt supposed to resemble a survivable car wreck.
If the voters in question were majority black in some southern Alabama jurisdiction, would this kind of arrogant, indifferent attitude hold up?
