Perhaps we need to turn this situation on its head for future elections. Instead of officials assuming that the election was held fairly, we voters should insist that the election officials have to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the election was completely fair.

In other words, no official may certify an election without a full audit, and supporting evidence that the election was done fairly.

This will now get reported that because Lake “failed to prove” fraud, that she (and all of us) are election deniers. The election cases are being thrown out by lack of evidence, quite the contrary. Case after case had evidence, but because of technicality, or “standing” or judges not wanting to “reverse” the election results.

Simply stated, if an election is decided by fraudulent activity or malfeasance, then the voters, collectively, are being disenfranchised.

And as it stands now, there appears to be no way to right the wrongs and restore election integrity.

Remember, we aren’t “losing” cases, we, the citizen of the United States, are being denied access to documentation and data that would prove the fraud and malfeasance. And when we do have documentation and evidence, we are being denied the right to have it investigated and presented in court.

I have a feeling the McCainites are actually Mormon or 7th Day Adventists that form a kind of cult which means they vote as a block. This is how they maintain control in Arizona.

What I can say is that the assertion that the results were emailed to the judge is just fever swamp BS. Even if the judge were a corrupt partisan, there’s no fault in him lifting passages right out of Hobbs’ briefs. And of course it’s ghostwritten. The court has a research attorney who drafted the decision. Judges may edit to a large or a small extent, but does anyone actually think Clarence Thomas, or any other judge, sits down and writes these lengthy decisions from scratch?

The judge's ruling did not address the obvious. When ballots were sent out from Voter Registration database, they may have targeted conservatives by PARTY and ZIP of the targeted conservative districts. A simple program change would change the printer setting to shrink-to-fit 19" image on 20" ballot, then change the setting back for the next ballot.

I don't believe Lakes's attorneys were allowed to audit the change logs for the printers and tabulators that might show who made what changes, and when. The standard printing program would have to be replaced after the surrogate program ran. But it could be disguised as a 'test' run. Are observers from all parties invited to the pre-election testing and mailing of ballots?
