I don’t mean to imply that Bush, Sr. was in any way involved in it but read an analysis recently of his conduct on that day which was very odd. Also the Warren Commission was stacked with CIA types.
There’s been a “God Complex” in ‘intelligence’ for a long time. This is possible.
Incentives need to be examined - and changed.
What did he supposedly do that day that was odd?
Bush Sr. had no connection with the CIA or even any part of the government back then.
I don’t know what you mean by “CIA types”. But the Warren Commission was a total joke. Their only objective was to ratify an explanation that had already been reached. Kind of like the J6 committee.
The exact opposite is so.

The CIA would never do something like that.
The article indicated that although Bush Sr. was not employed by CIA back then, he was almost certainly an asset and his small oil services company had extraordinary access around the world. I’m not saying he had anything to do with JFK’s assassination but his conduct that day was extremely weird; it included (documented) a call to the Secret Service at the time of the assassination claiming that the son of a woman that worked at the Houston GOP office had threatened the President; it appeared to have been done to evidence that Bush was in Tyler, Texas at that time rather than the Sheraton in Dallas where he stayed the night before. When pressed, Bush always had issues in recalling where he was at the time of the assassination - I was a kid at the time and I can tell you exactly what happened that day from my viewpoint back then and so can every other sentient American.
Anyone paying attention already knows this. BUT - I’d like to see anyone and everyone in power in DC raked over the coals. Repeatedly.
Additionally, Barbara wrote an extremely strange letter to her daughter the afternoon of Nov. 22 which reads like it was a cover, as well.
Interesting the fbi infiltrated the mod and brought them down.
And now the fbi uses mob like tactics to bring down mostly conservative/republicans.
While I have no doubt the CIA could have done this, it is hard to believe that it’s been kept secret this long. People love to blab, deathbed confessions, desire to cash in with a book deal telling the real story, etc.
I wonder why the documents still exist? Wouldn’t they have shredded them by now?

The reason the files have not been release maybe; it affects any Bush family members ability to run for office.
I pray it is not true, but I am starting to wonder.
I did a quick search for Bush on that thread. I see nothing that even claims that Bush had a CIA connection at that time. Someone mentions in post 100 that he was the former head of the CIA but that was much later, therefore irrelevant to what I said. Which post # makes that claim? If someone did it’s probably out of thin air as well.
Wow. Barbara was aware of the conspiracy too! The conspirators didn’t exactly run a tight ship, letting these totally nonessential people in on it. Must have been a bunch of total amateurs. Where can that letter be found? Is there a website where the Bushes published all their personal letters?
