At my grandma's hundredth birthday party my cousin once removed and I had to explain repeatedly that no, we were not planning to get married any time soon and no, we did not need to be introduced to a "nice young man".

I was the only unmarried grand child and she was the only unmarried great grandchild.

Both of us did get married, eventually.

I’ve found the the cure for loneliness is one thing: Being alone with Jesus.

Jesus is the best friend you can ever have. He will stick with you when all others forsake you. He’s with you in the bad times and the good times. Most will love you in the good times but can’t be found in the bad times.

The love of Jesus is much better than the desire of women.

And that’s a fact jack.

I don’t know the specifics of the Manson marriage, but I’d say she did rather well. After an unusually short icky part, due to his incarceration, she gets to write at least one or two books about the experience.
