Syracuse University students are not interested in a mandatory diversity course, with some criticizing it as too focused on finger pointing and singling out individuals.
“While Syracuse University structures its First-Year Seminar 101 course around students sharing their experiences with their cultures and identities, students taking the course said nobody wants to speak,” The Daily Orange reported. “In some classes, students said they don’t know each other’s names.”

It's in hospitals too because they take Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements, Uncle Sam's pushing this bs , so before you get the soup you have to listen to the sermon. I once sat through two torturous of this drivel about how we're all ''equal and diversity is our strength& Finally I asked the black woman(''diversity coordinators are always black) "If we're all equal then how is diversity our strength?''; She looked at me for a few awkward seconds and just kept on talking. These people are truly detached from reality.
Yep, it pays by the hour as they say, so 8 for 8 and out the gate. So, you take your training for a few hours and enjoy all those motivational posters the rest of the year.
The one the training I remember most was in the 90s when they marched several thousand through these classrooms to show us shipyard employees how to put condoms on bananas.
