The pun about what did liberals use for lighting has come to life. I do not how common refrigeration in Cuba, but I doubt given Cuba's tropical a refrigerator will work only running three hours a day. Not sure how common salt is in Cuba. They can bring back salted pork.

Wouldn’t Cuber be a perfect place for “Big Sun” providing the juice? Where are all the Chinese solar panels?

I always fund it funny based on the Ivory Tower Leftists, international trade and investment are just tools for the rich North to exploit the global South. So according to these types, the decades long US embargo should be the best thing to ever happen to Cuba besides El Jefe himself

What about dirty laundry? If even 40% wash their clothes during that same three hour window, there will probably be water shortages. Any Firemen may as well forget about putting that flame out until after this last hot rinse cycle is finally over.

Been chilly here in LA for a couple of weeks. Rain last night.

I doubt many Cuban households have washers. Clothes would be washed the ole fashioned way. I have been to Guatemala, and an there were women washing clothes by a river or in a basin.

We are moving to be like Cuba thanks to no drill/no coal Joe.

But, as my lie-beral friends always remind me, they have the best health care and literacy in the western hemisphere. (eyes roll)

Preppers can at the very least compare notes. Good info is still good info - if it is good.

have a contact who goes to cuba on a fairly regular basis. it is not the worker’s paradise our media has made it out to be. if the fatboy documentary dude could tour the real cuba he’d understand the true impact of liberalism.
