Especially if he fails to complete the next level course “Managing @Twitter 201.”

What an insufferable place to work!

Would love to see the HR hack that sends a strongly worded letter to Musk’s HR file showing that he didn’t finish this course. And yes, even the owner of a private company will have an HR file, if only to protect the company from lawsuits.

Feelings of hatred and superiority run deep among Twitter's sexual weirdos and liberal extremists... let's hope this idiot is sacked.

I would have 99% of everyone left scrubbing toilets and dumping trash in recognition of the 1st month of the new King of Mars being in command of a once rogue terroristisc organization.

I love it! When a new employee joins a company, usually there is a training program which helps the new employee get acclimated to the environment, culture and codes of conduct. Elon probably got his new email address and this was autogenerated from workday or whatever HR app is being used internally.

Nothing wrong with this. Question will be, what will those courses look like? The content will probably be the eye opening part for the new “Manager.”

“I predict that he will not take the “mandatory course.””

He doesn’t have a choice - he has to take the class, or he’ll be fired (by another auto-generated email, I guess).

I read it as a typical lefty-corporate-America onboarding message noting the training that you must take as a new manager.

I’ve had similar - just not this Twatter flavored one.

Probably a mandatory onboarding process for the company. Not really too surprising.

This sort of braindead HR nonsense is part of every large company. I've been in my company for over 30 years. I worked in one of the major divisions for about 28 of them and then did a stint at corporate HQ for a couple before coming back home to me original division.

I was flooded with something like 20 mandatory "new employee orientation" and "learn about our company" and "how to use the server" and "basics of safety" and stuff like that. I thought I could skip them, I could not. I was getting harassed by VPs who get a report and don't care if it's dumb and wasteful because if I don't do them then that list goes up to THEIR bosses and they get in trouble. So I sat and did all of them over a couple of very tedious days, costing the company whatever it took to pay my salary to not work for two days and learn courses I could have taught.

Do you mean like welfare or like Supreme Court seats?

Either way, they never shut up.

The HR Department should be fired from top to bottom Monday morning at 8:00 am.

I’m old enough to remember when it was called “Personnel” and the main job was to keep employee records up to date.

They’re now called “HR Weenies” for a reason.

All HR departments should be fired, wholesale if we are to ever bring these woke corporations to heel. They are leaches, leftist policy enforcers, and troublemakers, and a complete waste of money.

The last useful one I ever met was a white male.
He was fired. Guess why?...

He hired the superior candidate who was a white male.
He was told not to hire anymore white males.
NDA out of court.
Seven figures, and one’s tax dollars, PA, go to it.

As amusing as it would be seeing some “instructor” who has never managed as much as a lemonade stand lecturing Musk, who owns multiple billion dollar companies, on how to properly manage a company, I’m guessing Musk will decline

I imagine that this is really pissing him off. If I were the Dip wad who concocted this auto response I’d be looking for another job. Or just maybe think about going back to India.

Not so sure that the ‘problem’ is with fat black women.

In looking at the employee statistics by ethnicity for Twitter employees, 30.8% of them are ‘Asian.’ To me, that’s code for Indian (not Nataive American Indians).

Start firing THERE, along with HR. He’s off to a good start with firing Agrawal and Gadde.
