Blacks are 13% of the population. Half male. Half in the Gen Z/Milenial age range.
That means about 3% of our population is now committing 60% of the homicides -- and those are the ones for which the killers are identified. Clearance rate in most major Dem cities is under 50%.
Defund the police?
Dems want to defund the police - and fund more IRS agents.

Philadelphia was so much safer with the Mafia. Neighborhoods were safe. Businesses payed a ‘protection’ tax, but they didn’t have mobs of hood rats stealing them blind. Illegal drugs were verboten. The only real violence was between rival mob families.
Would those be Glocks with the auto-sear installed? Seems to be increasingly common with a certain demographic.

Racism against blacks is an effective MYTH, especially racism resulting in violence. If anything, it’s the reverse in these liberal enclaves where the perpetrators are protected and lauded by their denizens.

The mafia seems to be the big city equivalent of the KKK. While the KKK did bad things, they didn’t put up with this type of behavior, either.

Tribalism of a different sort. The government does bad things too. Try reading articles and simply replace ‘FBI’, or ‘Police’, with ‘thug’. It doesn’t work all the time, but increasingly it does.

Please don’t romance the mafia. If you were a small business, refusal to pay for “protection” didn’t receive a “No problem” response.
My stepdad (he is 91 years old) told me about the Klan; according to him they didn’t bother the blacks where he lived; the ones they went after were those in the white community that were known to be abusive or didn’t take care of their families or were just bad apples in general.
Such people got run out — at gunpoint.
