Russia’s State Duma stated that enacted "military" laws do not mean the announcement of a general mobilization.
It was stated in "Parlament newspaper" by Andriy Kartapolov - Head of the State Duma Defense Committee and one of the authors of the amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation introducing the concepts of "mobilization," "martial law" and "wartime", informs Censor.NЕТ.
"There will be no general mobilization. The president has said this more than once, and directly says it through the mouth of his press secretary Dmitry Peskov and many other politicians at the federal level. "The law" does not equal "mobilization." It is not passed directly for a special military operation; it is passed to be enforced for a long time. At least until the time comes when it is no longer necessary," he said.
It should be reminded that deputies of the State Duma unanimously approved in the second and third readings a bill introducing such notions as "mobilization", "martial law" and "wartime" in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
” unless the West invests hundreds of billions”
EU and the west are already having high level meetings on how to do just that. From what I have seen, Ukraine had already done a far better job of raising the living level for its people than Russia has done. Otherwise why would the invaders be stealing washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves, and toilets? Ukraine is certainly not more devastated than was Germany at the end of WW2, so why imagine that they cannot rebuild newer and better too?
Supporting nations will vote legislation to provide the economic support for rebuilding. Such money voted will support a lot of jobs in the voting countries, resulting in employment, and tax dollars. Anyone ever hear of “high velocity dollars”? Can’t remember the name of the economist who coined that phrase, but the concept appears to work well.
It is unclear what you are suggesting could happen to Kaliningrad. I am interested as my maternal grandparents came from there around 1890. They were from East Prussia, and there were family ties in Koenigsberg (sp?). My grandfather was a marine engineer, and he did not like they way Bismark’s navy appeared to be headed. One of his valuable jobs in this country was retrofitting a major ocean liner as a troop transport for WW1.
HAHAHAHAHAHA
Nice fake news you got there
Ukraine is doing so well they are begging for 5 billion dollars A MONTH and they are arresting women on the street and turning them into soldiers
Nice CIA jerk off fantasy
HAHAHAHAHA
Go ahead and point out ONE thing in that wikipedia article that is fake. Go ahead, do it
Nice fake phone call done by Ukrainian intelligence
Great nonresponse you made there. Not one word of which of the things I mentioned or made conjectures about might not be true and why. Just some unrlated items that may or may not be true about women in Ukraine, and economic info that is well known in general.
Why post a selfie?
Thanks! I was looking for this this morning.
Hey, 06, here’s that source link
FTA: “The ‘pro-Russia’ account group has the largest outward information flows and significant flows to a range of other groups, having a positive information flow into both ‘pro-Ukraine’ and ‘Balanced’ account groups, observed the researchers.”
That means pro-Russia bots are able to flood the networks using fewer operatives; thus, they exert influence on far more systems than pro-Ukrainians can. It’s a simple example of quality (i.e. better game) over quantity (i.e., more players).
Pro-Ukraine bots outnumber the pro-Russia bots, but not in their distribution of messaging. This is not at all surprising: The Russians are masters of propaganda and disinformation, and have been for about 100 years. So, pro-Russia bots are able to widely distribute and disseminate their posts over a vast network, whereas the pro-Ukraine bots are not so sophisticated in that regard.

One more promise by the Russian government that has not aged well. Because it was always going to be a lie.
Everyone on Russia knew it. Only those outside of Russia who support the invasion pretended it would never happen.
