Trump And Pence Still At (Polite) War – For Now?: As President Joe Biden approaches the end of his second year in the White House, Republican contenders are preparing their presidential campaigns behind the scenes. Even with the prospect of a third Donald Trump campaign lingering, the Republican Party expects a large slate of candidates vying to go up against Joe Biden in 2024 (or potentially another Democratic pick, if the party’s voters get what they want).

Among those candidates is former Vice President Mike Pence, who is expected to make an announcement about his plans next year. We don’t know what he plans to do, but we do know that if former President Trump announces a 2024 campaign, Pence won’t be on the ticket with him.

Trump should just ignore Pence much like an elephant ignores an ant. To engage with Pence will only increase Pence’s status.

Especially after him and his pal grahams traitorous abortion baiting trying to pass a national abortion ban at the federal level. Giving the democrats a stephold to LIE about the GOP platform. If pence and graham are not democrats they might as well be.

Only the left and the pundit class would be interested in such a match up. Voters say “Mike who?”

Pence while undoubtedly a pretty good guy has as much charisma as a pumpkin…

Nasty? Not very ... Pence isn’t worth a ha’penny, and everybody knows it.

Pence is not a serious presidential candidate. He’d only run to build a campaign team that collects lots of money and employs his friends and cronies for a while before he drops out after failing to win any primaries.

The dems would love it. Former President and his VP duking it out. They might indict Trump which would ratchet things up a notch.

Pence doesn’t have the guts to face president Donald J Trump. He’s such a wimp.

Pence will get about as much support as ‘please clap’ got. Therefore, any ‘Vs.’ should be minor.

Not nasty at all, because as much as Pence seems to many as a “nice guy”, his GOP fans are few in number compared to Trump. If Pompeo was thrown into the mix, he’d rank ahead of Pence but still behind Trump; but I cannot see Pompeo desiring to oppose Trump in 2024. If Trump were out of it, I think it could be Pompeo vs Desantis, with Desantis leading.

More people would vote for Jeb! than Pence. Pence can run if he wants to. Trump took out 15 of our best the first time he ran... he can take out another 15 too.

Pence wouldn’t last long. But how to deal with Pence is something Trump’s team ought to think about. I doubt DJT will himself.

Won’t be very dirty at all, instead, instant extermination. All that’s needed is this one statement:

“Mike, Judas got 30 pieces of silver for what he did, what did you get??”

Pence stands for nothing but the prevailing winds of the GOP party that is giving us the daily shaft.
