Rasmussen Poll: Americans Asked if Biden Should Be Impeached—Joe Isn't Going to Like the Answer
Red State ^ | 09/10/2022 | Nick Arama

Joe Biden has failed the United States in so many ways, that it might be hard to tally them all up, from the debacle of the Afghanistan withdrawal that started his slide in the polls and cost Americans their lives, to opening the borders and making our country less safe. His latest perfidy was demonizing millions of Americans as “threats” to the nation in an unprecedented action–while inciting people against them–last week. A majority of Americans saw Biden’s remarks as a “dangerous escalation” against Americans. It’s hard to see him go overseas for any event because you know that he’s going to make all kinds of gaffes, people are going to walk all over him, and that his priority is not America first but whatever the leftist narrative might be.

Americans know it, and the majority have had enough of Joe Biden.

According to a new Rasmussen poll, a majority of likely voters say that they would be supportive of the impeachment of Biden, 52 to 42 percent, with 38 percent saying they would strongly support it; 77 percent of Republicans, 50 percent of independents, and 32 percent of Democrats are all for it.

“Support for impeaching Biden is highest among voters 40-64, who are also most likely to think that if Republicans win in the midterms, they actually will impeach the president. Retirees are least supportive of impeaching Biden,” the poll concluded.

That’s an incredibly significant number, maybe more so because there are a hefty number of Democrats who are for it. They’ve moved from just not liking the unpopular Biden, with his polls stuck in the basement with 38 percent approval, to believing he has earned getting the boot for what he has done. Of course, most of the media is ignoring that majority as though they don’t exist.

But it also sounds like Americans also doubt if the Republicans are going to go through with it. While the majority want him out, only 47 percent believe that the Republicans will impeach Biden, and 43 percent don’t see it happening in his first term (if it doesn’t happen then, it isn’t happening–because he isn’t getting a second term).

Maybe, given the history of the uni-party and some of the GOP establishment. But dozens of conservatives have already been talking about it; some are already planning on it, if they win back power in November. And more people willing to push the question are likely to be elected. Among the “high crimes” are Biden’s actions regarding the border, the pandemic, and the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

“I have consistently said President Biden should be impeached for intentionally opening our border and making Americans less safe,” said Rep. Bob Good (R-Va.). “Congress has a duty to hold the President accountable for this and any other failures of his Constitutional responsibilities, so a new Republican majority must be prepared to aggressively conduct oversight on day one.” [….]

At least eight resolutions to impeach Biden have been offered since he took office: Three related to his handling of the migrant surge at the southern border; three targeting his management of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan last year; one denouncing the eviction moratorium designed to help renters during the pandemic; and still another connected to the overseas business dealings of his son, Hunter Biden. [….]

Rep. Mary Miller (R), a strong Trump supporter who recently won an Illinois primary over the more moderate Rep. Rodney Davis (R), said Biden should be removed “for purposely ignoring our immigration laws.”

“Biden and Harris have failed their most basic duty,” Miller said, “which is ensuring the safety of the American people through the security of our borders.”

So, we shall have to see who has principles and sticks to their guns — and who doesn’t.

If the media wasn’t what it is, the clamor from the masses would force Congress to remedy the situation

But it also sounds like Americans also doubt if the Republicans are going to go through with it.

They could impeach him in the House - if they win it - but I don't see the votes in the Senate to remove from office. So is impeachment worth it as political theater? Before the Dems decided to use it I'd have said no, it cheapens the whole political process. Now, though - well, they've made it the new normal. So let 'er rip.

When did failing in your Congressional duties become the moderate position? Davis was the extremist, here.

If pushed by actual people with gonads, the 25th Amendment alone would remove #notmypresident as unfit to serve given his obvious cognitive, dementia, etc. impairments.

You 100% correct. The Chinks weren't giving him and his reprobate kid money for nothing. They expected results for laying out all that cash. The payoff was that Biden would deliver America on a leash to an envious world. This son of a bitch shouldn't be impeached. He should be HUNG!

Note to Nick Arama, It isn’t a migrant surge at the border. It is an invasion of illegal aliens you dope!

1) They want him to defeat Trump (some polls say. 48%-42% in 538 Poll)

2) They also want Biden impeached.

Go figure.

Not if they can stuff the boxes and machines again. And it seems the Rs have done little to nothing about any of that. Many of them won’t even acknowledge there were any voting irregularities and won’t even talk about it. There are too many enemies in our own R party to do much about anything at the moment starting with those fools McConell and MaCarthy.

All the dems are totally down with the cheating and rigging. It shows in everything they say about that election. The denials they employ are quite ridiculous.

I expect them to get away with it again. If not in the mids, then they’ll shoot for the moon again in ‘24. Who’s going to stop them? The FBI? No, they may as well be in on it.

As the DOJ’s Keystone Cops run around looking for a crime they can use to nail President Trump, Jo Jo the Demented Pedophile Clown is committing crimes left and right. The Keystone boys chase President Trump to try to keep themselves looking busy and as an excuse why they don’t have time to investigate the Biden Crime Family.

Looks like some people think Orange Man is Badder than Dementia Man. Or that one or both polls were off.

Impeachment of Xo Xidung means nothing because the Senate would never vote to convict. Impeachment would be an empty gesture that would solve no problems.

If be some miracle, the Senate convicted him, we would surely end up with someone worse.

It happened in New York. They drove Cuomo out of office and got Hochul instead.
