They could impeach him in the House - if they win it - but I don't see the votes in the Senate to remove from office. So is impeachment worth it as political theater? Impeachment of Xo Xidung means nothing because the Senate would never vote to convict. Impeachment would be an empty gesture that would solve no problems.
