Is AOC Dropping Hints Of A Future Presidential Campaign? – Progressive New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez famously refused to confirm that she would back President Joe Biden in a 2024 campaign earlier this year, sparking rumors that she may be considering a run of her own.
Since then, we’ve heard little else about it.
There are no rumors of Ocasio-Cortez launching an exploratory committee and no signs that she is preparing to take on the Democratic party’s incumbent president. That doesn’t mean, though, that the leader of the party’s progressive wing is ruling it out forever.

A much more likely path would be to declare her to be the Vice-Presidential candidate, in support of an only slightly more viable nominee, Gavin Newsom or someone similar.

Good post. Very plausible scenario.
I don’t think we should dismiss the chance that duo has to get elected. The country is very naive and easily misled, our culture has deteriorated, demographics have fundamentally changed and of course the Dems always enjoy the full support of the media.
On top of that the Republican Party is a pathetically weak, unprincipled and inept “opponent”. The chances of more radicals governing us in the future are pretty strong IMO. Our decline seems inevitable.
She should run for a bus
