While they might not be the super records of years past, guns and overall firearms sales are still going through the roof.
According to newly released FBI data, background checks exceeded 2.51 million in August, which was consistent with the previous two summers. However, Small Arms Analytics & Forecasting (SAAF) estimates August 2022 U.S. firearms unit sales were at about 1.4 million units, a year-over-year decrease of 3.8 percent relative to August 2021. The decrease affected the handgun segment (−2.7 percent) significantly less than it did the long-gun segment (−7.2 percent). SAAF’s firearms unit sales estimates and forecasts are based on raw data taken from the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), adjusted for checks unlikely to be related to end-user firearms sales.

So my F350 is safe? It runs on a single 12v battery so it must be an EV.
The good news is no one here pays attention.

Sadly that is true most of the time imo.
There’s so much bad math out there these days it might be contagious.
This annoys me.
It should be 10 million firearms per month.
let’s see, if they use their new IRS agents that would grabbing 17 guns per month per agent just to break even. Gun confiscation is like a tax right?
Absolutely. There were videos of armed civilians monitoring an intersection just outside of downtown Minneapolis. The guys at street level sitting in lawn chairs had their long arms in front of them on a folding table. Their cover sitting in lawn chairs up on the roof had them leaning against the low wall edge of the roof like the Rooftop Koreans. Looked like some decent hardware up top especially.
There are videos of lines of armed civilians outside housing developments preventing rioters from going in.
There are dozens of videos of armed civilians guarding liquor stores in nicer neighborhoods as well.
Buying a gun is one thing. Knowing how to effectively use it is another.
Almost as many as the IRS.
That’s no $hit!
My wife just bought me my third safe… she told me it was a combined birthday, Xmas and another birthday gift…. LOL.. Hopefully, she will forget… :)
I have only one Ruger Mini-14. When I went pig hunting I borrowed a .357 as a back up.
Our oldest daughter in the UK just divorced her no-good-lay-about, honest to God communist husband and needs help with her children. So, we may be moving to the UK next spring. Otherwise, especially after.that speech last night, I would be looking for a carry weapon.
A few years ago, I was questioning as to why so many people of all kinds should be carrying in public at stores and the like. I lived in a remote area then. After living in a more built up and populated area for a few years, I see more of what’s going on and know that many people around me are carrying. I’ve become accustomed to it and feel safer with the concealed carry paradigm now. Fewer criminals try to prey on anyone in a place with constitutional carry laws. Not so in states where concealed carry is prohibited.
It’s better than what we did in the past.
Well GEE, I can’t imagine why! #Antifa #BLM #Riots #BonfireOfTheCities #Biden #PedoHitler
rock and roll
woo hoo!
Mini 14 is an excellent rifle
I really like.it. It is also discrete in that it does not look scary to non gun owners.
Please do my bank account next. I’ll feel so much better.
Yes, it is just plain common sense.
With more guns than people in the country, the liberal wishful thinking of gun control will always be a disaster.
Liberals can not answer my simple question...how do you propose to get law breakers give up their firearms?
