That explains why cookies are tasting better.
not ready to believe it yet. especially from a website like that!!
I already avoid anything labeled “organic.”
In early “science” things that were thought to spontaneously create life were labeled organic. Things that were not thought to have the mysterious ability to spontaneously create life were labeled inorganic. That’s how stupid the word “organic” is.
Remember back when the whole “the elites want you to eat bugs” was a conspiracy theory?
What’s for dinner Mom?
Bugs sweetie, crickets tonight and meal worms tommorow.
Politicians already are feeding us a regular diet of crap sandwiches, via the Fake News Media, so I expect the bug-burgers aren’t a surprise.
bugs are yummy!
say the folks eating steak and lobster
This is like toilet to tap, I don’t like reading about it but if I believe that it is scientifically pure water then so what.
I don’t want crickets in my canned chili but if it no longer has anything to do with being a cricket, but has been scientifically stripped down into some pure protein flour then so what.
This is probably far less gross than the machine-extracted “meat” that makes up the protein in canned foods.
You vill eat zee boogs.
You vill celebrate Pride Monf.
You vill live in zee pod.
Evolution in reverse
I make it a point to avoid anything labeled ‘sustainable’.
In the early 60s, in Fresno, I worked for a dry yard that besides peaches, apricots etc also processed dried Figs!
Garage sized sulpher smokers billowed out lung singeing smoke decimating the poor bugs but making the food safe to eat (old standards)
That’s where I learned we couldn’t digest dried figs unless special worms ate them first and then excreted Fig Newtons still inside the fig skin!
To ease my queasy tastes I was assured there were regulations on how many bug parts were present. Then further explained it was only the chitinous heads, antennae and legs that made up true bug parts. Bug Pooh was A-OK.
Have never eaten another, now almost 60 years
I hear there are stories about ketchup..... That I’ve avoided
New and improved Soylent Green, now with more bugs and less people ...
“bugs are yummy!”
“say the folks eating steak and lobster’
This....a winner.
Looks like Health Ranger is on a roll!
Isn’t it called “devolution”?
This is another plan of the Left that is implemented in degrees, like all their other policies. First, they have some press releases about an “idea”. Then, they slowly start to implement the idea, in very non obtrusive ways. Then, they turn it up, a little at a time. Before you know it, it’s commonplace, and those that don’t accept it are dinosaurs.
