According to me
Absolutely! Great movie, and who would’ve thought Ferris Bueller would’ve played his role magnificently…
Oh!
And Casablanca
Those Holocaust scenes hit hard. For a made-for-tv series it pulled no punches, there's one scene in particular that was so devastating to watch (the little girl with the flower)
good flick
Defiance with Daniel Craig. Though no one was rocked by the recoil of the Mosins they were firing.
“Life and Fate” a 12 part Russian series alternating between Stalingrad and the home front.
Kelly’s Heroes
Looks like it is war movie nite.
You confuse "favorite" with "best." And so, I expect, do most (if not all) of the respondents.
I'll have to check that one out, I've always had a fascination with Stalingrad.
Michael Bay turned it into a chick flick. I guess on the heels of Titanic (1997) he wanted to capitalize on romance set in the background of tragedy. The result was awful !
Good show.
Cuba Gooding needed a bigger part, he’s way better than Ben Affleck.
I guess Team America is kind of a war movie.
None But The Brave
Battle of the Bulge was underrated.
The Battle of Britain, especially the “Repeat, Please” scene.
Tae Guk Gi
Die Wannseekonferenz (Better than Conspiracy)
Good battle scenes. Doesn’t seem to be available at the moment.

The Story of GI Joe.
A Walk in the Sun.
Go Tell the Spartans.
Sink the Bismarck.
The Sand Pebbles.
Very good post.
We lost our WW II Marine uncle four years ago. He never spoke of the horror but his eyes showed it.
