An annual report detailing Minnesota's abortion data reveals that five babies were born alive after the procedure and no efforts were made to save their lives.
The 2021 report was released earlier this month by the Minnesota Department of Health. According to the report, 10,136 abortions were performed in the state last year, and more than 9,000 women who obtained abortions were Minnesota residents.
The report states that 159 abortions took place between 21 to 24 weeks gestation, and one abortion was said to have been between 25 to 30 weeks gestation. No abortions were listed as having occurred after 31 weeks gestation. The overwhelming majority of abortions were performed in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy, with more than half (6,975) occurring in the first nine weeks. Fetal gestational age was not reported in 118 cases, so it's unknown how far along the mothers were in those instances.

That’s what I was thinking, I would have immediately referred this to law enforcement for investigations.
I take it that somewhere in the dark recesses of the laws of the country the definition of a human person is someone who has exited from the birth canal the normal way, or by caesarian section. If true, then murders were performed and there must be prosecution.
If NOT, then NO ONE is a human person, according to the law.
So what’s happening is that politicians are allowing murder when a baby enters the world and the intention was to kill him.
The intention is the key factor! If you intended to bring the baby into the world, the baby is a human and deserves protection. If you intended to kill the baby, then you are given the right to kill the baby no matter what.
The reality, confirmed by science, is that there is an individual human person in process of development. Not some animal that magically becomes human. A human who in the early stages of development is unable to live outside of the womb. The individual is already a person. Giving the baby a name changes nothing.
The law and jurisprudence must be changed to conform to reality. Reality dictates that abortion must be called what it is: murder of a human person.

It would be interesting to have the breakdown by race. Anything that might be inconvenient to the leftist narrative is never broken down by race.
The Court never ruled that the result of the abortion had to be a dead baby, much to the joy of the eugenic-biomedical establishment.
If duhmerica could grok the fact the 'people' behind the success of Roe v Wade purposed that result to help the advancement of their trans-humanist intentions, it would help duhmerica understand better the evil behind the destruction of our healthy economy, the combination of all deaths into one big covid category, the lockdown, the growing list of UNpurchaseable items, the disruption of the education process for what it's worth, the attack on our food supplies and supply line and the attack on our right to worship God and forcing the will of the People to yield to the criminally insane third world bosses.
