UPDATE: At about 6:30 p.m. the Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced via Twitter that the entire structure has been demolished. A surveillance video shows the structure being blown up at exactly 4:03 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6.

WSGC 105.3 Radio reports that “Hartwell Highway is now CLOSED between Thirteen Forks and Maple Springs Roads. State and local law enforcement and emergency agencies are on the scene at the Georgia Guidestones, which were significantly damaged by an explosion early Wednesday morning. Take caution if traveling on the Hartwell Highway today.”

From having visited this site, I can tell you that it is surrounded by cameras from near and afar. Nothing happens there that is not seen by the “authorities.” The fact that the GBI would be asking the public to phone in tips is itself suspicious. They have the video. They should know when/if the monument was rigged with any explosive device powerful enough to reduce its granite structure to rubble.

The replacement birth rate in a first world country is 2.1 children per couple this accounts for the low rates of infant and young adult mortality before reaching breeding age. The concept is simple two people have at most two children and when the parents die their two children habe replaced them. To grow a population you need a rate above 3 per breeding pair. The USA has not had a replacement level birth rate since the 1970s we would be losing population were it not for immigration.

The planet is full of useless eaters who don’t produce a good,service or technological innovation equal or greater than the societal cost to feed, cloth,and house them. This is just a cold hard fact. Endless Middle management who’s only purpose is to exist as Middle management who call meetings to discuss future meetings. Yup sorry useless eaters.
Now the scientist who invents the lithium ion battery. The engineer who designs the engines that run the world. The civil engineer who designs the dams that supply drinking water. The geologist who drills the oil wells that fuel modern society those people are absolutely necessary to modern society. The farmer who runs the tractors and combines that grows the food. The doctor who treats the sick. The programmer who codes the AI that will replace human labor with machines doing digging ,mining, crop picking, robotics et al. Those people would be instantly missed in society. Endless bureaucrats 99% could drop dead from plague and the world would move on. Same for billions of peasants in the third world all could drop over and modern society would keep on keeping on. Heck it would open vast areas up for production of mineral resources and agriculture without those pesky peasants in the way. Want a ticket to the New World order table be useful and productive to society in a tangible and quantitative way or be rich enough to be in the capital class and fund projects of use.

I don’t think that the guide stones were intended as a plan for reducing the current population.
In the ‘70s, when they were erected, it had become obvious that civilization could end itself by nuclear war, biological war, pollution, exhaustion of critical resources, such as soil, etc.
It is more likely that they were intended as a plan for the remnant population following a global disaster.
They were inscribed in several languages in order to increase the odds that one of the languages could still be understood. Granite was a good choice to withstand weathering. It was not a good choice for withstanding high explosives.
