Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson became the first black woman to serve on the Supreme Court after being sworn in on Thursday. While the media celebrated the historic occasion, Jackson herself refused to define the word "woman" during her Senate confirmation hearing.

"No, I can't," Jackson said in March. "I'm not a biologist."

If she cannot define what a woman is, then she is unqualified to sit as a judge on any case where a woman’s rights are concerned.

When it’s proven that the DNCCP stole the 2020 election, will this clueless woman be allowed to keep her seat on the high court ?

Yes. The Powers That Be are not going to allow that [The DNCCP stole the 2020 elections] to be proven. The Company will remain, “There was no fraud”. No less a Patriot than Vice President Mike Pence stated that the election was legal and Legitimate.

Did the media have biologists on hand to clarify for the audience how they arrived at the conclusion she was a woman?

So a woman who cannot define what a woman is becomes the first black woman on the Supreme Court. Can define the word ‘black?’

Did Bryer retire before she was sworn in? If not, there are 10 justices on SCOTUS now.

Janice Rogers Brown would have been the first black woman on the Supreme Court. Guess who blocked her nomination? Junta Joe.

The first black justice on the Supreme Court was Thurgood Marshall who was nominated to the court by President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1967. Justice Marshall retired in 1991 due to poor health. President G. W. Bush nominated Clarence Thomas to replace Marshall.
