Radical Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) was booed savagely at a Somali music concert at the Target Center in Minneapolis on Saturday.
Shukri Abdirahman, a conservative Republican who had made a brief bid for Omar’s seat in Minnesota’s fifth district, shared video of the audience booing the current Congresswoman. “Ilhan Omar’s BOOOD by nearly 10K SOMALIS at a sold out, highly anticipated Somali music concert at Target Center in Minneapolis!” Abdirahman remarked. “This’s what she gets for trading her Godly, Conservative values for the sinful LGBTQIA’s & the promiscuous abortionists. LET’S GO ILHAN!”
Abdirahman pointed out that the concert was last night and added that “the crowd booed for nearly ten minutes.” eftismU acquired video that showed that some members of the crowd shouted epithets at the controversial radical Squad member.
“Ilhan Omar got booed onstage at a concert featuring Somali singer Soldaan Seraar in Minnesota last night,” the Leftism U account reported. “People in the crowd chanted ‘Get out!’ & shouted ‘Get the f*ck out of here!’.
Although Rep. Ilhan Omar claims to be a practicing Muslim, she has radical views on abortion that do not comport with Islam. When Roe v. Wade was overturned by the Supreme Court’s ruling in Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health Organization in late June, Omar issued a statement vehemently disagreeing with the decision.
“This decision is devastating for millions of women and pregnant people across the country,” Omar wrote. “I am outraged this right-wing court is turning the clock back on generations of progress and prohibiting individuals to have autonomy over their bodies.”
“Let’s be clear: This decision is a blow to everyone who believes in the 14th amendment and to anyone who believes there are limits to how much the government can control the decisions we make in our private lives,” she continued. “Tragically, we know this decision will fall hardest on the most vulnerable such as women who have been abused, who are victims of incest, who have been raped, and those who are already struggling to put food on the table.”
“I am grateful to our Attorney General, Keith Ellison who will protect anyone who obtains an abortion in Minnesota,” she added. “I hope other states follow suit and codify reproductive protections into law.”
“The Senate has a moral responsibility to abolish the filibuster and pass the Women’s Health Protection Act to enshrine reproductive rights into law. I won’t stop fighting to protect women’s freedom to control their bodies, lives, and futures.”
Abortion is considered a “major sin” (Haram) according to the Qur’an. “And do not kill the soul whom Allah has forbidden except by right,” it states in the book’s chapter Al-Isra’a.
In addition to being out of step with the Somali community’s views on abortion, there are also credible accusations that she committed marriage fraud with her purported brother Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.
There are members of the local Somali community that attest that Omar, a husband she divorced and remarried named Ahmed Hirsi, and Ahmed Elmi shared the same family home in Cedar-Riverside with two children. Omar was accused of having an affair with DC political consultant Tim Mynett, married at the time to Dr. Beth Mynett, which allegedly caused her divorce to Hirsi in 2019.
It is obvious that thousands of Somalis do not agree with Ilhan Omar’s radical politics. In the midterm elections, Omar will be opposed by Cicely Davis, a Christian who won the Republican primary in Minnesota’s 5th with 75% of the vote. It will be the ultimate litmus test to see if the Somalis’ dissatisfaction with Omar in the community will translate into votes against her at the ballot box.

The problem I have is both she and the booers and the muslim opponent of hers are all a problem. None if them should have been allowed in this country. Somalians seem to be the worst of the worst.

Progressive values are bound to collide with progressive efforts to dilute US society as to make it indistinguishable. I hope they choke on the result.
Ilhan Omar joins the list of other corrupt politicians who have been booed off the stage. The list includes John Cornyn, Brian Kemp and Mitt Romney.
