Today’s opening bell is “Opening Hell!”
US Treasury 10Y yields are up +12.1 basis points as of 9:40am EST. And rising across the globe.
Equity markets? Dow is down -621.93 points and the NASDAQ is down almost -3%. But equity markets are down across the globe.
Commodities? Once again, all commodities in the red except corn (which I don’t eat) and natural gas.
Speaking of opening hell. The US Treasury 10Y-2Y yield flattened to 7 basis points.
Markets are in a “Sea of Red.”

Pride Month, coincidence, this just happens to be where we ALL are taking it in the butt in the market.
Doesn’t sound like Pride to me.

I didn’t trim any of my IRA during this 20% drop in the S&P, but then again, I haven’t added anything since last year, so I suppose I can feel somewhat good about it. A ten-year horizon before retirement helps soften the shock. The trick will be when to start buying in again. S&P 3,000? Some people are talking about that figure as the bottom, sometime this Fall.

Good post, and spot on.
In related news, the California infanticide bill is moving through the state senate...would remove all penalties for murdering children after birth. Unbelievable.

Unless you prefer to eat corn over meat, not having feed for livestock is a big problem for food supply.
Of course this is what the current regime wants, less meat consumption.

And to make things worse, ethanol is just bad for gasoline engines.
The greenaholic socialists think that's just so much for the better.

right...and my question is, what constitutes a “hard asset” in today’s context?
I genuinely don’t know the answer to that.

The slide will continue through 2025, worldwide. The US won’t recover. The EU will recover. Get out of debt.

Below where the markets stood at the end of 1/20/21, but not one damn mention of it in the news. I suspect the news agencies truly wished Trump or some other GOP politician was in the White House so they could trash *them* over this.

I could say I carry mine in my shorts but I won't go there.

They broke the world. On purpose. But they like that they are breaking the world. It is part of the plan. Chaos and collapse are good for the New World Order. The worst things get throughout Western Civilization, the more people will beg for a white knight to ride in and save them.
This is all part of the Great Reset. This is the plan.

Biden is a figure head. He is just following orders from above, just like Obama did.
