President Donald Trump joined Stuart Varney on FOX Business Network on Tuesday morning.
Stuart Varney started the interview by asking President Trump about the election today in Georgia. Trump is backing David Perdue over Brian Kemp in the gubernatorial race. Brian Kemp allowed Democrats and their ballot traffickers to steal the presidential election and then two US Senate seats in 2020 and early 2021.
Stuart Varney insisted that the American public does not want to look back on the 2020 election.
It was a disgraceful performance by Stuart Varney. He needs to get out of his media bubble some time.
President Trump: Brian Kemp did an awful job on election integrity.
Stuart Varney: And he’s going to win… What I hear from a number of Republicans is that they don’t want you to look back to the 2020 election and rehash it. They want to look forward to what we’re going to do with this economy and this society going forward. What do you say to that?
President Trump: Well, I do that. But if you don’t study what happened and you don’t find. We know what happened. All you have to do is see “2000 Mules” or go on Truth…
Stuart Varney: That’s not what people are talking about. People don’t want you to do that!
President Trump: No, I think you have to look back to find out, You have to look at history, Stuart!

Stuart Varney, the Ernest guy?
Whatever truth there might be in this observation, it does not apply to Republicans voting in primaries.
As to the general, why is it impossible to believe that Americans will accept that they are overpaying for gas and groceries because an election was stolen?
stuart doesn’t speak for me.
look back. straighten out the corruption. arrest those responsible. pound of flesh.
Varney? When did he turn? IIRC, he used to be pro Trump. Of course, since I haven’t watched anything Fox since 11/3/2020 I don’t know much about him any more.
I think Varney is pro-Trump.
Trump should keep beating the election drum. At some point, Trump needs to transition to the economy & current events as the priority.
What I hear from a number of Republicans is that they don’t want you to look back to the 2020 election and rehash it.. I have zero.doubt that is true because I know many Republicans who think the same way. Fix the process, but drop the "I really won" line.
Tilting at windmills rarely accomplishes anything positive.
Uhh, yes. Why do you ask?
Translation: “Republicans who were part of the election steal don’t want you to look back.”
Sounds like Kemp will win. Trump just didn't want to give him an easy pass, can't blame him.
He’s right my friends. Who cared about interns in the Oval Office? Peoples memories are short. Voters will acknowledge ‘discrepancies and irregularities’ but outright charges of stealing puts it on voters who would the think they’re being accused of allowing it. Perhaps Durham will bring up game-changing facts but recent history suggests
otherwise.
Teachable but unlearned.
Went to the granddaughter’s 5th grade “graduation” this morning.
Pulled in behind an SUV with vanity license plate: 4XMAGA.
One of the students, who gave a speech, talked about how important God is in her life.
At least there are little pearls of hope out there.
RINOs and GOPe don’t like you to look back.
There is no way to prove the election was stolen.
Every fraudulent ballot dropped can be matched to a registered voter.
Are you going to ask voters if and how they voted? Well, that is illegal.
The system of fraud being used cannot be easily revealed unless you catch people in the act of dropping ballots into boxes.
Even then, Democrats will claim that this is OK.
What Trump and everyone needs to do is eliminate the source of the fraud....vote by mail as well as scrub all voter registration rolls.
That is how Trump can look ahead....to restoring election integrity and working with states to ensure voting is done in a modern, efficient and traceable manner.
No nation goes from electronic voting to snail mail. It is ludicrous. It would be like Amazon changing its company and saying all orders must be received by the Postal Service to count as valid.
Trump will never prove the fraud. But he can champion election integrity.
Is Hannity next?
you betcha!
FreeRepublic is an echo chamber. 95% of the voting public has moved on from 2020 and beating that dead horse is a loser politically.
Trump at this point has shown an inability to let it go and the vast majority of people are sick of talking about it at this point. Flame away.....
I don’t want the Republicans to go back to their subservient pre-Trump ways.
“What I hear from a number of Republicans is that they don’t want you to look back to the 2020 election and rehash it.”
If he’s hearing that conservatives are wishing it to go away, he’s right. But not for the same reason. It may have been Trump’s loss, but it was their embarrassment and deceit. They didn’t support him and they let the fallacy happen. So they are the real wishers of it to go away, not Trump, to stop the revelation of their dishonesty and mistreatment of the voters.
And this is at all levels as they are the only ones that can be hurt. What are they going to do to a multi billionaire who doesn’t have to do anything to make money and live how he wants? So who has something to hide...or dodge? Talk is a loose end.

Hillary and Gore were celebrated for four years after their losses. Have you watched 2000 mules?
Strange, Varney never said that about the very much-in-the-news “election steal” of 2016. They all even neglected to explain just how Putin managed to steal an American election that even the democrats with their vast experience in election theft could not pull off. Now, the 2000 Mules movie gives chapter and verse proving the steal, and it is rude and crude to mention it.
And this cretin would just allow the biggest act of election fraud to go unpunished, so it can happen again and again?
*************
Tolerating fraud only guarantees that there will be more of it in the future. Varney is wrong and is listening to too many of the anti-Trump GOP elites.
