I don’t get it. Whatever you think about what happened or should have happened in 2020, there’s no question that the electoral college has only elected Trump President once.

I’ve actually had the same crazy thought.
I don’t think they will really try it, or that it could possibly work for the Democrats — but I think it says something about the times we live in that this idea actually pops into some people’s head. There really are no rules. The Constitution contains suggestions, and reality is simply whatever you can get away with.
Just the ability to think that crazy thought is scary. What happened to this country?

You’re correct of course, but having never been VP, this wouldn’t apply in Trump’s particular case.
As we near 2024, the Demonicrats are bound to invent some new scandal which all the media stations will run like meth crazed demons with. Maybe something to do with Russia again, who knows.
