Never forget.
These six Republicans voted to put this little demon in charge of the US borders.
FOX News reported:
The Senate confirmed Alejandro Mayorkas as President Biden’s Department of Homeland Security secretary, despite opposition from a number of Republicans.
The final vote was 56-43, with Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pa., not voting. Mayorkas, a former head of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and deputy Homeland Security secretary, will be the first immigrant to hold the top DHS spot.
Mayorkas’ confirmation was less bipartisan than another member of Biden’s cabinet confirmed Tuesday: Pete Buttigieg became transportation secretary in an 83-13 vote.
Here are the six GOP senators who broke with a majority in their caucus to confirm Mayorkas:
Sen. Shelley Capito, R-W.Va.
Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine
Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska
Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska
Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio
Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah

And they’d do it again, even knowing what they know now.
The usual suspects.
They’re the reason why we’ll never get ahead on any constitutional items.
The Usual Suspects!!!

Nudge me when members of the Republican decide to walk away from these RINOs, rather than continue to vote for them.
Bush League Republicans all.
Bush League Republican = Assistant Democrat.
STOP RE-ELECTING THEM!
“STOP RE-ELECTING THEM”
But their constituents keep doing it.......why?
We’ll be rid of Portman come November. Just hope we don’t get a “Portman with a beard” or, God help us, a Democrat.
the open borders caucus
I remember skimming articles about Capito when she ran. She bleeds Conservatism, IIRC. Not so much. About as RINO as one can get. And in that chamber that’s pretty disgusting
I remember reading about the guy that Romney was up against for the Republican primary. If I’m not mistaken, born and raised in Utah and had seemed to have some legit creds.
Anyone FR folks know what’s up or was it fraud to install Romney?
Sounds like Alaska could use some border crossers?

There really are no more political solutions and the Convention of States project is moving so demonstrably slow that thing is never going to materialize with any fruition.
Nahh... there’s a world of difference between being ‘down and out’ in Alaska, and ‘down and out’ in Florida or California, etc.
I believe Mitt Romney ran for senate specifically to subvert everything Republicans are doing.
Hopefully, the good people of Utah see this and vote accordingly in the next election.
Glad we dodged that bullet of having Romney as president. He is progressive as he stated running for Governor of Massachusetts. He needs to dissappeared from public life.
But don’t count on it.
