I agree. I think this publication uses the ‘here’s why’ as a format... the writer apparently didn’t notice the article doesn’t say ‘why.’ I posted it for the information.

To be honest, isn’t that where the story is at present? The headline sucks (as they often do) but at least this publication noticed the story, most are ignoring it...

Why are fertilizer plants catching fire? Why are oil refineries catching fire? Why are there so many suspicious forest fires, Investigations are not being released? Why is BN railroad not delivering grain and fertilizer? Why are thousands of cargo ships parked off the coast of China? What is the common factor to these?
