I’m not following things that closely but have noticed these city’s names in the headlines a lot.
Where else does Fauci have bioweapons factories? Besides China and Ukraine.

The United States had an offensive biological weapons program from 1943 until 1969. Today, the nation is a member of the Biological Weapons Convention and has renounced biological warfare.
When the U.S. biological warfare program was said to be ended in 1969, it had developed six mass-produced, battle-ready biological weapons in the form of agents that cause anthrax, tularemia, brucellosis, Q-fever, Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus, and botulism.
