Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has promised to issue weapons to any “friends from abroad” willing to fight for Ukraine, as his forces continue to repel Russian troops from seizing the capital of Kyiv.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces said there were “heavy battles ongoing” in one part of the city on Saturday, while “active combat” was taking place in some streets.
More than 50 explosions and heavy machine gun fire were heard overnight in the capital as Kyiv residents took shelter in the city’s subway stations.

The new Travis-very good! That makes Putin Santa Ana. Sam Houston allowed Santa Ana to live for his actions. Had to officially surrender. Putin should pay with his life. Like many other tyrants he should not be entitled to the dignity of a natural death. No future Russian leader can be trusted any more than Stalin could. Too many Russians still revere him.
Then there’s the leader(s) of Belarus.
How about we not be hypocritical when the USA invaded at least 5 countries in the last 25 years?

This is not my fight and I don’t need to choose sides.
But the News coverage cannot be trusted at all. On the one hand, those awful Russians are losing horribly. On the other hand, Ukraine is begging foreigners to come and help out as mercenaries. Doesn’t sound like Ukraine thinks it’s winning.
I have no idea what’s going on, and I don’t care.

I don't know much about Ukraine, but I cannot stand thugs who want to invade, kill other people and own their homes. I don't know if Ukraine will win, but I hope Ukrainian soil will be drenched in Russian blood. It has to hurt a lot.
Between largely corrupt and pure evil, I slightly prefer corrupt.
But not at the expense of any American life.
Further, the “international community” is not condemning Russia.
The UN Security Council vote condemning Russia was vetoed by Russia, of course. But China and India refused to vote in favor of it. This ensures the majority of humans on earth do not condemn Russia.
As I said, I don't know her relationship to events there now and in the recent past, but I was struck by the thought that any place that evokes such disdain from its residents probably ain't worth much.
Just saw the viral propaganda of the snake island garrison saying “f off” and going out on their shields was fake. They surrendered, which is good, don’t need more death, but man there is a lot of false info out there. Literally every conservative talk radio head broadcast that as truth. I’m taking a break from it all, damn internet reeled me in.

Why are we still in Syria? We certainly weren’t invited there.
We have 750 American military facilities in 80 nations and territories around the world.
We just like being everywhere apparently.
Most Ukrainian people don’t want to fight Russia at all, that is why Russia has only been mostly attacking military targets with guided missiles because they know the Ukraine population will not mind them as long as they don’t actually attack them directly
