New Zealand's "Most Conservative" Politician David Seymour Speaks Wednesday...
Seymour has been out on the streets talking to local residents and the protesters trying to talk out of both sides of his mouth expressing some sympathy for the protest while dissing it with the police-government-media line about how wrong it is.
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has reacted admonishing Seymour according to a late report from the "New Zealand Herald"
Meanwhile the main opposition National Party put up a motion of no-confidence in the Speaker of Parliament Trevor Mallard. Mallard had the sprinklers on the parliament grounds turned on dousing the Freedom Convoy protesters last week.
These political moves by the Opposition today only serve to underscore the impending police operation to remove the thousands of protesters and hundreds of vehicles in the streets near Parliament.
Such an operation has huge political risk for Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern's government and the Opposition parties are obviously positioning themselves to capitalize if the government comes out looking bad over it.

So the protests are making “unacceptable interruptions to Wellingtonians going about their life”.
It really appears that politicians have no awareness.
It’s staggering to listen to politicians make comments about what is unacceptable for protesters to do that the government has been doing for two years now.
It really is amazing how clueless these politicians are.
The politicians had no clue what was going on from the start , a flu that’s over 99% survivable

16 Feb: Radio New Zealand: Police concede tow truck operators unwilling to help with clearing roads near Parliament
The Police Commissioner admits some tow companies are reluctant to help with the removal of vehicles near Parliament but says some towing will begin today.
The anti-mandate protest on Parliament’s grounds and neighbouring streets is entering its ninth day...
A tow truck operator has told RNZ that the real reason the police have had difficulties getting towies to move vehicles is because many of them were sympathetic to the protesters’ cause.
Greg Cox, who owns Wellington’s Cox Heavy Salvage, said he had been contacted twice by police, and he had told them his vehicles were not available.
He said operators in the top half of the North Island were also refusing to help police.
Coster agreed that there had been some reluctance by tow companies to be involved...
Police are in touch with the Defence Force with a view to them helping with the removal operation...
Police said they would hold on to the vehicles they removed and probably the courts would decide what happened in terms of them being returned to their owners...

In defense of New Zealand I will simply say they went through the World Wars and gave much in the Second War Roosevelt didn’t send enough of our troops out to the Pacific at the start with Hitler his priority and little New Zealand raised an additional division at great sacrifice for service in the Pacific Theater.
Those wars changed lives forever and probably brought about mental illness and deviations from norms that have been passed down through the generations.
World War One was a big mistake that led to the necessary Second World War.
WW One led to Communism and Nazism, mass murder of tens of millions by those groups.
In terms of God’s Top Ten List wars break many rules not just the obvious killing one.
There is looting on battlefields and sexual misconduct including rape that’s part of war.
The Greatest Generation was a scarred one and the sins are passed on to future generations.
Today’s New Zealand was made by the experiences of the previous generations passed down.
One thing that these protesters have demonstrated — for all their bluster, the champaign socialists in charge of their country are weak and if the chips are down, the defender class may not put their lives on the line to defend them if faced with an actual internal revolt.
