What is the highest "Roman numeral" or descendant name in use in the world today?
As a golf fan, I know of two men who use III in their surname (Davis Love and Notah Begay) but there's a senior golfer named David Morland who uses IV.
Guessing he isn't the answer to my question, anyone know of people with higher numerals in use? (no Pope examples thanks).

Napoleon Maccallum,

[WIKI] “Napoleon Ardel McCallum (born October 6, 1963) is a former American college and professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for six seasons during the 1980s and 1990s. McCallum played college football for the U.S. Naval Academy, and then played professionally for the Los Angeles Raiders of the NFL. He is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame.”
Terrible knee injury. But... his story has a good ending with the Raiders.

There’s a IV in my family, he decided to end it. A fifth would’ve been cool.

"Good thing they brought luggage on a three-hour tour!!"
Luggage and clothes to fit the needs of every episode: nurses' outfits for the ladies, Thurston's military uniform and country club blazer, evening gowns for the ladies, etc.
