What is the highest "Roman numeral" name in the world?

What is the highest "Roman numeral" or descendant name in use in the world today?

As a golf fan, I know of two men who use III in their surname (Davis Love and Notah Begay) but there's a senior golfer named David Morland who uses IV.

Guessing he isn't the answer to my question, anyone know of people with higher numerals in use? (no Pope examples thanks).

Yesterday there was a thread about “one-hit wonders” and one of the hits was by someone who called himself Napoleon XIV. I don’t know if he is still alive—the song was from decades ago.

There was also an Edward VIII. He was the one sucking up to Hitler.

There was Pope John the XXIII back in the late 50s and early 60s. Hard to top that. More recently, there was Benedict XVI, but that isn’t even close.

Was more interested in non-popes or monarchs, just regular people who use a Roman numeral. And while we’re on the subject, is it only a male characteristic? I am not aware of any women using a Roman numeral (other than Elizabeth II).

As for golfers, don’t forget Charles Howell III, otherwise known as Chuckie Three Sticks.

Among golfers, also Charles Howell III, if I recall.

There is Stetson Fleming Bennett IV, who was the winning Georgia QB in the National Championship game Jan. 10th, 2022.

Then there was Henry VIII.
