A disturbing surveillance video footage shows the moments a young New Mexico mother tossed her unwanted newborn into a dumpster. The video, taken outside a New Mexico store, also shows moments rescuers pulled the baby boy to safety five hours later.
The surveillance video showed a woman pulling up in a white vehicle at approximately 2 p.m. MT Friday, grabbing a black bag from the backseat and unceremoniously tossing it into the dumpster, and driving off.
She was arrested and the kid lived. The “good Samaritans” were dumpster-diving.
I used to do a lot of dumpster diving (very profitable where I live). Thankfully, I never found a baby, although I always had a plan in the back of my mind for if I did. I did find the odd thing here and there, or observe something in my early morning travels that I called the police about. I’m glad those folks showed up.
People are horrified
I am horrified
But this is the culture we’ve spawned......
....70 million aborted babies .....!
.....babies who routinely go into a commercial garbage disposal or incinerator......( after their parts have been harvested and sold)
That made my heart ache to see that, nearly had tears come to my eyes.
How terrible. How terrible.
The headlines.. “New Mexico mom”. Um... no. She is no Mom. A mom would die for her children. I cannot use the word that she is... I will say all she had to do if she couldn’t parent this innocent life is to drop the baby off at a firehouse, hospital... darn.. leave the child in a safe place, call 911 and wait from afar to make sure the baby is found.
Beverly Hills?
i cant watch that sht
What a coincidence these people were there, and heard the baby.
But I find this also interesting. Is dumpster diving something regular for them? If so, what do they hope to find? I noticed they pulled up in a nice car, too. So I assume they are not destitute.
And she's not very bright either. New Mexico has "safe haven" laws, meaning she could leave the baby at a church, fire station, hospital, etc... and depart - no questions asked.
The kid was apparently in the dumpster for six hours before the trash pickers found it. Lucky kid. (I mean, lucky that it doesn’t have to grow up around the hag who dumped it in the trash.)
I’ve known people who dig in dumpsters regularly. You can find all kinds of stuff in dumpsters. I don’t do it but watched a former friend of mine go through a dumpster behind an apartment building once - she said she knew someone had died recently who had lived in that building. She found a whole bunch of things that had belonged to that person, including dishes and clothing. Yes, she would take clothing from dumpsters.
I was like, “Cool, but are you going to carry all that stuff into the bar with you?” (We were on our way to a bar.)
She was like, “No, of course not!” and rolled all the stuff up, and stashed it behind another dumpster. It was still there when we returned from the bar and she snagged it then. She was not poor. I think it’s just something people get addicted to.
Why would she throw her latest money maker away? These illegals get cash based in part on how many kids they have. The more bambino’s the more dinero!
Something crazy with that Julieta!
Lol- no, not Beverly Hills. Just a medium sized town with 3 universities, 2 colleges, and an Air Force base. All of which produces a signifigant semi-transient population with too much money and too little regard for the things they buy. There used to be a consignment auction in town, which made it very handy.
