There is a oft repeated, in a low inaudible tone, a phrase... that bears repeating.
When I attended Equal Opportunity Training in the Army, and then again in Army Civil Service, and yet again with the Department of State. We always had black instructors. They insisted whites had a problem understanding blacks. They said the white women could feel and understand, but white men could not.
They said, “Perspective is a mother F***er.”
Because in Equal Employment Opportunity Case Law, PERSPECTIVE of the one bringing the charges is all you need to know. If they make you see what they are saying is their PRESPECTIVE - then they are RIGHT always right.
Perspective - it is a MF’er!
