President and Vice President can’t be from the same state let alone family. That is only true for an election. President and VP van be from same state if during the present term the sitting VP resigns or removed from office. AS far as family, not sure there is anything against that.

JILL Biden and Kamla Harris are locked in a bitter feud that has left the vice president feeling “forgotten” by Joe Biden’s White House, reports say.
The bickering relationship has been described as being “caught in a catfight” and tensions supposedly increased before the first lady and VP stepped into their official roles.
A report by CNN titled Exasperation and Dysfunction: Inside Kamala Harris’ Frustrating Start as Vice President revealing stories from dozens of current and former Harris aides, administration officials, and outside advisors.
The stories, according to CNN, reveal “a complex reality inside the White House.”
Allegedly, Harris feels “forgotten” inside the White House, believing that she isn’t being “put in positions to lead.”
It’s possible that Harris could launch her own presidential campaign if Joe Biden doesn’t seek reelection in 2024—which many speculated as led to increased tension between the two.

Yes. I was thinking $50 million and a house somewhere trendy for her resignation. But I might be underbidding what it would be worth for her.
This makes sense because all the liberal MSM is going after Kamala. It appears they’re helping out on her ousting/resignation. This statement makes sense: The Dems have the same ability to “encourage” Kamala to resign. She could use any excuse to explain her resignation, e.g., family or health reasons could be cited. If she resists their “offers” — all my sources say she is likely to fight them — the Bidens would turn the screws by “discovering” she had done something illegal during her decades in public office. They would then leak that she was under investigation and that criminal charges were possible — just as Nixon did to Agnew. They’ll certainly find something. As Beria, the head of Stalin’s secret police said, “You find the man; I’ll find the crime.” As an IRS agent bragged to a colleague of mine, “We can carve our paddle to fit anybody’s ass.”

This first sentence is so stupid, so wrong and so impossible that it makes no sense to read any further.
R. B. Perhaps they suddenly discover that Kammy H. was in on or aware of the Jesse Smollette hoax from the beginning (which is probably true.) Or somewhere, sometime she took a bribe, or violated some other law and they will discover that she is not really black and lied about it, whatever, it doesn’t really matter if its minor, they can blow it up and make it look bad, its what they do.
Or maybe they discover that she is not a Natural born citizen, although they reeelly would not want to play that card given that they don’t care about constitutional requirements for the Presidency and deliberately present candidates who explicitly do not meet the requirements so they can shove them in our face and de-legitimize the constitution in the process. Perhaps they find out that her mother gave up her American Citizenship when the family moved to Canadian when she moved to Canada or something. Who knows.
I do not think the SC is in her future since I do not think that the Senate will ever find the votes to confirm her.
Jill is at least natural born, but I suspect that the recent swamp bubbles from HRC and all that weepy reading of her never used acceptance speech are an indication that she is jockeying for a position in this mix.
Think of all the great optics for the Ds, dumping the dumb 3rd world babbler for a priviledged hissy grating white woman!
