Is Kamala Harris Being Forced Out by the Dems? By any reckoning, her days are numbered.
The American Spectator ^ | December 9, 2021 | Pat Nolan

Posted on 12/09/2021 9:04:16 AM PST by KeyLargo

"I believe the plan is for Biden to nominate his wife Jill Biden to replace Kamala as vice president, and then succeed him as president, becoming the first female president in our history.

In fact, I think the plan all along was for Jill to run for president in Joe’s place in 2024. However, last month’s election calamity has forced the Dem leadership to move up the timetable. The plan to oust Kamala has been in place for many months. With one or both houses of Congress likely to flip red, Dems must act post-haste."

President and Vice President can’t be from the same state let alone family.

That's not true.

Constitutionally, an Elector cannot vote for both a President and Vice President from the same state as themselves. This does not come into play because:

  1. Electors aren't confirming the Vice President.
  2. If the Vice President ascends to President and runs again in 2024, that person will pick a VP candidate from a different state as themselves.

The author makes a huge mistake: He assumes Biden is the one who will determine who replaces Harris.

Agreed. If Harris is forced out (*) who-ever her replacement is will be President in a matter of months if not weeks. It would be a sure sign Biden is on his way out. Harris has been a non-factor from day one. The only reason to remove her now would be they don't want her stepping up to the big chair.

(*) I kind of doubt she'll be forced out. She doesn't belong there - even more so than Biden. The entire ticket was installed via election fraud, that is a given. However, Harris didn't bring anything to the ticket. Dismal primary performance. She is female and not white, that is the sum total of her "qualifications" to be there. (works for democrats apparently) She knows as well as anyone else (probably better) that she doesn't belong there. She is very beholden to whatever powers/entities put her there. That's why I kind of doubt she'll be replaced. She'll be every bit as much of a puppet as Biden, just less embarrassing from a tottering old fool standpoint.

In today's race-focused Democratic Party, I don't think there's a chance in hell they'd replace a swarthy woman with a white woman.

Ironically, I think they'd have a much easier time replacing Harris with a white MAN -- even one who wore a KKK hood and burned crosses as recently as a week ago.

Michelle and Hillary wouldn’t go for that at all. And Joe hasn’t begun to be popular enough for that to be a good idea.

“Dr.” Jill, however, I imagine is all for it.

...Biden to nominate his wife Jill Biden to replace Kamala as vice president, and then succeed him as president

This is right out of the House of Cards script.

Meh, reads like some political nerd’s fan fiction. I can see them dumping Harris, but they’re not making Joe Biden’s wife VP, shut up.

So, how are they going to get rid of Harris? They don’t think she will resign, do they?

Kamala Harris will resign with "family issues" or "health issues" if the price is right. She can demand a fortune.

“If Harris is forced out (*) who-ever her replacement is will be President in a matter of months”

And this is why the Republicans should play hard ball.

With no sitting VP, a replacement VP cannot be confirmed without at least 1 GOP vote in the Senate.

The GOP should insist the new VP be a sitting Democrat senator from a state with a Republican governor. Say, Joe Manchin of WV or Ralph Warnock from GA. This would ensure that control of the Senate reverts back to the Republicans.

If the Democrats balk, tough. The VP slot can sit empty.

President Lyndon Johnson had no VP for almost two years. We can survive not having a VP.

The VP slot can sit empty.

My conspiracy theory about this has the Secretary of State stepping into the Presidency should Biden drop without a sitting VP.

I believe Nancy Pelosi is too old and is ready to retire, and Patrick Leahy is too feeble and is retiring too. Both will decline the office, and so Antony Blinken would become President.

Therefore, if Harris is gone, watch for the Democrats to try to oust Blinken and confirm a new Sec State before turning to the more controversial Vice President slot.

Once Blinken is replaced, then Biden can go and the new Secretary of State becomes President.

Bullfeces.

First she’s have to remove herself from the office to create a vacancy. If she does that prior to Jan 2023 then the Dems don’t have a majority in the Senate — and the GOP isn’t stupid enough to help out the Dems on this one. AT least not w/ anyone that is acceptable to the mostly-liberal Dems. So this is off of the table until 2023, at the earliest.

And in 2023, if she steps down, the next in line will most likely be the GOP Speaker of the House. There is no also Dem VP to help them get stuff thru Congress. And should that GOP Speaker of the House get called up, then GOP will be in charge and put a GOP VP in that office.

So yeah, none of this happens. At least not if Joe is still alive... cause the Dems aren’t gonna do a 25 Amendment thing on him.
