Let’s find out exactly who is paying corporations to enforce the mandate. And exactly who in the corporations is collecting it.

Corporations seldom do anything unless it fattens the bottom line.

The medical privacy requirements will put a stop to it.
The simple OHSA hearing test is onerous enough to cause pause for the other procedure in my opinion. Privacy layers built
into the process at every step of the way—color coded paper
etc...to distinguish the severity of what could be revealed.
Does sound to be the basis for a great class action
lawsuit though.

Proof America has been successfully, and without a cultural/political coup, hopelessly terrorized.

Gov wolf here in Pa has relented, the CDC has drawn back and most of America is maskless .... but there are people that should not reproduce still thinking "just in case".

obozo TOLD us he would fundamentally change America and unfortunately, the greatest President America has ever seen didn't sweep them all out

Think of it from a financial risk analysis for the Employer. If they require the jab of somebody who doesn’t want it, and that person happens to be one of the ones that die or suffer serious injury from it...its very hard to argue that the company is not responsible for the injury or death unless the Osha mandate or some other government policy allowed them to say their hands were tied. In the alternative scenario where an employee who got the jab dies while working at a place that does not require it, its very hard to argue the company is responsible. They could have got infected from outside work, and they very well could have gotten infected at work by someone who was also jabbed, since obviously people who are jabbed can still pass it around. It would be very hard to hold the company liable (other than the legal system being insane—which it sometimes is).

Thanks for posting. I have been commenting that the mandates are company mandates not federal so far. And the only way companies will stop is if they get liability for the vaccine effects and have to pay $5-10M in compensation for each injury and provide healthcare for life. OR a bunch of CEOs get sick and die. that will end it. States need to pass laws that require ultimate and extreme penalties for the company mandates.. Idaho passed a workmens comp feature and OK has passed one as well. not sure of the details.

OSHA was only getting in the act to put the boot on the neck of non-federal contract tied private businesses. The federal contractors are still cowed into compliance on pain of losing the federal teat on which they depend.

My HR dept accepted my medical exemption, but intimated that "conditions might change" such that it wouldn't hold. I'm on record that if conditions change in the direction of coercing the injection, I'm retiring. Dec 9th is my 30 year anniversary and I have nearly 400 hours of PTO on the books.

the Occupational Safety and Health Administration said it would suspend all “activities related to the implementation and enforcement” of the vaccine mandate

As I've commented many times here on FR, weeks ago and since this began (and as a former Fed Contractor), the Mop & Cone Police are in no position to enforce ANY of this bullsh!t. BIG BUSINESS, JUST IGNORE THE "MANDATE".

Would it not leave corporations open to lawsuit then?

I’m not seeing how any company or corporation can mandate medical decisions period. It’s illegal and unconstitutional and somewhere down the road they’ll be held liable.

I wonder of walmart, the country’s largest employer is mandating the jab?
