Still calling BS on this story. The statement attributed to a Marshal would be a crime to disclose. Plus this is a state court matter. There shouldn’t be any US Marshals even in the building
I’m just here to see how many people in the thread misspell “Marshal.”
This case is a big deal and if he’s found guilty which I don’t think he will, it will be just another step towards outlawing self defense.
Replace them.
Such a simple task, for Kenosha and Wisconsin, that is.
A decent show of force and creating an atmosphere where anything other than talking in a conversational tone, will get you in handcuffs and led away from the courthouse.
It was reported that a BLM guy smacked a megaphone from someone. Easy Peasy...arrest the BLM guy for assault or disorderly conduct, give the guy with the megaphone a warning that he’s violating a noise ordinance.
Only one way to keep this under control....don’t let the fire start in the first place.
I don’t care about anything, anyone on here says about free speech, etc. I’m all for it and the folks there can say what they want. But much like a referee getting in between two guys to prevent something sideways, the same thing can be done without violating anyone’s rights.
And the moment anyone does anything violent or destructive....off to the pokey you go.
Oddly though, I still have a hard time with BLM being there when everyone involved is WHITE. Just looking for an excuse and yet another reason for someone to have a nice little chat with the local BLM organizer
