There could be a verdict in the Rittenhouse trial as early as today. Closing arguments (and antics, in the case of the prosecutor, see picture below) were made yesterday.
Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger argued that Rittenhouse provoked the attack, thereby forfeiting his right to self-defense.
Rittenhouse instigated the first shooting by pointing his weapon at people, and caused the subsequent encounters by creating an “active shooter” situation in which protesters felt an urgency to disarm him.
While making that claim Binger demonstrated by picking up Kyle’s rifle and aiming it at the spectator section of the courtroom, with his finger on the trigger. One would think that every moron in America would know by now that’s a violation of the most basic rule of gun safety. If they didn’t know before they certainly should following the coverage of last month’s on set shooting by Alec Baldwin.
Democrats don’t know anything about gun safety and don’t do learning. Exhibit 1
By his own argument people in the courtroom would have been justified in trying to take him down.
Jury deliberation begins this morning. The governor has called out 500 National Guard to be on hand in the event the verdict drives the roving horde to begin their Christmas shopping ahead of black Friday. I’m unclear what the pretext for this riot will be. The shooter is white, the 3 people who were shot, including the 2 dead men, were white. There was no police involvement to blame. How then will the verdict, any verdict, in this case result in the allegation of ‘systemic racism and police brutality’ which is all that’s necessary these days to provide sanctioned rioting and looting? Your guess is as good as mine, but mark my words: there will be riots if BLM has anything to say about it.
Because that’s what happens when society collapses.

Someone should have jumped up and beaten Binger down.
Alec Baldwin style. To bad he didn’t point it at the judge.
What a pure dumbass. Obviously has never handled a gun in his life.
>Someone should have jumped up and beaten Binger down.<
My thoughts exactly. If I was on the jury, there would have been an outburst...”Are you crazy! Alec Baldwin just killed someone doing that! Take that weapon away from him!”
bfl
There aren’t many good rioting days left in Wisconsin, so they have to get them in now. Although the open fires might help keep the rioters warm.
A skateboard across the persecutors chops was called for by his own reasoning.
Better late than never...
this was a THREAT from the PROSECUTION to the jury to
convict or they would be each shot and murdered
along with their families.
“ Binger demonstrated”
Was to intimidate and frighten the jury to come in with a quality verdict, or else.
We shall see if it worked.
And I don’t even believe Kyle killed him. i think he did it to himself.
The idiot was the one who grabbed the gun by the barrel and tried to pull it out of Kyle’s hands with the barrel pointing right at his chest.
Stupid, stupid, stupid…….
Kenosha Wisconsin is a faded shell of its former self since ships outgrew the Great Lakes.
The judge should’ve had security toss Binger into a cell for that reckless stunt.
Would’ve been funny if some brave soul in the courtroom had (justifiably) tackled the prosecutor while he was waving that rifle around.
I’m surprised the bailiff didn’t open his head like a canoe right there on the spot.
I’m still trying to figure out why the bailiff didn’t shoot him. Distance?
That's the reaction the persecutor/prosecutor was hoping for. He was hoping that by pointing the gun at the jurors the jurors might have sympathy for Kyle's attackers -- equating Kyle's possession of a gun with aiming a gun.
