Grosskreitz (aka The One Arm Man) allegedly blew well over the legal blood alcohol limit but had his charges dismissed.
He openly admitted in court to illegal conceal carry of a handgun as well. No charges.
Despite a search warrant signed by a judge, the DA’s office told the investigating officer not to search Grosskreutz phone for evidence. This despite his live-streaming and taking photographs during the riots.

Prosecutors are a a joke. I have video of one laughing and saying how she is evil on court and gets giddy when people are arrested.

Hopefully, the prosecution will be humiliated by the verdict...certainly seems headed that way based on their presentation thus far.

If proven true, the DA should be charged with obstruction of justice, and evidence tampering.
His phone was a who’s who of ANTIFA terrorists. Couldn’t have the defense with a conga line of ANTIFA on the stand explaining the violent rhetoric between them and the perp.
It’s not a stretch to think there would be some politician’s numbers on that phone too.

Had we real law enforcement they would go through the phone, find the name of the dozens of co-conspirators, and go RICO.

All that is needed to destroy the legal system, top to bottom, is a corrupt DA. Charge innocents, dont charge the guilty. Its a circus once that is permitted.
