For more than a year, prosecutors in the Kyle Rittenhouse case have possessed FBI spy video footage taken by a fixed wing plane flying above the Kenosha riots. Kyle Rittenhouse’s defense attorneys say they only learned of its existence recently.
It’s pretty clear why the prosecution was playing hide-the-ball with the evidence and why Rittenhouse’s defense attorneys were the first to show it in court. Over prosecutorial objections, Judge Bruce Schroeder allowed Rittenhouse’s attorneys to use their opening statement to show photos, videos, and, yes, the FBI’s FLIR thermal images of the first of three shootings the night of August 25, 2020.
The FBI’s video conflicts with a story line prosecutors told jurors earlier in the day in opening statements.
The video demonstrates fairly clearly that the first person shot that night, Joseph Rosenbaum, appeared to lie in wait for Rittenhouse – hiding behind a car – and that when the teen jogged past the car looking for the burning cars he’d come to put out, the 36-year-old man came up from behind, chased, and lunged at Rittenhouse.

In an earlier age, I thought it was illegal for the prosecution to withhold any evidence it possessed from the defense; especially exculpatory evidence.

From what I have read so far, the Judge appears to be pretty fair, but Why in the Hell hasn’t he found the Prosecutor in Contempt, JAILED HIM, Fined him excessively and referred him to the BAR association for Permanent Disbarment?
HE has been CAUGHT RED HANDED LYING and HIDING Evidence.
Someone need to have a “chat” with the prosecutor. This crap can not continue.

How about FOIA requests for all the footage from the dozen or so cities that had riots that year?

The goal of the DS/MSM/Dem cabal was to create the sense of chaos and lack of security. “Let Dems steal the election and things will go back to normal.”
We need a new Normal in this country.
ANY Government employee, at any level, who KNOWINGLY withholds Brady material gets LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE.
This isn’t a Republican or Democrat thing. It’s the Constitution. This should be considered the most grievous of crimes.
I would request that everyone consider this, and start demanding this from their Congress people at EVERY townhall.
The Prosecutors should be sanctioned for Prosecutorial Misconduct, and disbarred.

Those were the olden days you can tell your grandchildren about when the idea was equal protection under the law with a document called the Constitution.
