uman Events editor-in-chief Jack Posobiec has just released never-before-seen footage of Kyle Rittenhouse on the night he was attacked in Kenosha, Wisconsin during a violent BLM rally last summer.
Contrary to the ridiculous and false narrative that has been shamelessly peddled by the partisan media, Rittenhouse can be seen offering medical assistance to people on the street before overhead helicopter surveillance video captures the moments the violent crowd begins chasing Rittenhouse and attacking him.
The UK has pretty much taken it away from the Queen’s subjects.
And you are expecting an awful lot of rationality from to day’s jurors. Rittenhouse shot Democrat storm troopers and he must be punished for it.
Judge said he’d address it later.
In fairness, Kyle would not have known - and (arguably) his actions can only be evaluated on what he knew.
Thing is, the prosecutor brought the “hospital” up, and if he starts spinning it as implying “weak and recovering from medical problem” for sympathy, door is already open for defense to say “no, he was released from a mental hospital regarding a suicide attempt” ... which then segues to “couldn’t stay at his baby’s mother’s home because of a restraining order for beating her bloody”.
Difference is defense trying to open an otherwise closed door, vs prosecutor voluntarily opening the door and now having to try closing it.
That poll was of people living in the district from which the jury was drawn. Given the relentless, partisan, ex-parte coverage by the press, one should not be surprised. I think it will be difficult for the prosecution to prevail, but I know that Chauvin is innocent, he's in jail. General Flynn got railroaded, too.
IIRC, that was 2/3s of the initial jury pool - 150 people. They took 20.
How many lied?
How many said that to get out of jury duty?
How many were worried about being doxed to the mob?
It is Rittenhouse’s lawyer’s job to exclude the rest. Hopefully he was successful.

Kyle’s running up to Rosenbaum and others but cell phone footage along with audio shows that they were calling for a medic even though they didn’t need one. They were trying to get him to come to them so they could attack him. As soon as he realizes, he bolts and Rosenbaum pursues. They were mad that he was putting out fires that they were setting. Rosenbaum has also had an argument with a guy dressed a lot like Kyle.

Video shows Rosenbaum arguing with a guy wearing a green shirt and ball cap, just like Kyle. That guy was actually putting out fires but Kyle did have a fire extinguisher at one point.
One argument that I saw was that since he brought a gun to a "protest" he gave up his right to self-defense. Can't remember if this was from a prosecutor or a "journalist".
I don’t see how anyone can conclude that bringing their firearm to a riot means you give up your right to self defense. I don’t know what the law says, but in my mind, nothing but being in the process of committing a crime forfeits the right to self defense - i.e. a perp can’t shoot back at his intended victim.

I think that was a poll of the jury pool, not the final 20 jurors and alternates.
It’s political that he was even charged.
The FBI had this footage for FOURTEEN MONTHS
The State had this for FOURTEEN MONTHS
