The Washington Times reported on Monday, that the Democrats are suing the USPS.
The Democratic Party of Virginia has filed a lawsuit alleging that local branches of the U.S. Postal Service failed to process and deliver election-related material ahead of the gubernatorial election between Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Glenn Youngkin.
The lawsuit, filed Friday, contends that more than 300,000 Virginians are likely to attempt to cast their ballots by mail this cycle, but USPS did not deliver the requested ballots promptly and therefore is threatening to disenfranchise thousands of Virginia voters.
“Thousands of absentee ballots currently sit at postal facilities throughout the Commonwealth, unprocessed for weeks on end,” the lawsuit states.

Amazing is the day where instead of patriots having to overcome the margin of fraud, the ‘Rats now have to overcome the margin of the Justice of Karma.

McAuliffe has already hired crooked attorneys to be ready for challenges.
So .... it’s being reported in VA that people turn up to vote in person & are told they were mailed a ballot & they cannot vote. The people are irate because they have never voted by mail, nor did they request a mail ballot. They are told repeatedly they cannot vote, BUT if you know to raise a persistent, big enough fuss, they will finally provide you with an affidavit where you can say that you “lost” the mail ballot & then you can vote.
The 300K mail ballot situation STINKS. Hopefully, more ‘real’ votes will happen as the suspicious mail ballots languish somewhere in the post office system.
Never figured the postal union would hold up mail-in ballots unless maybe they are setting up an excuse for MacAffal loosing so they can take it to court. Next thing will be that Abrams tank rolling in and taking shots at “the racist system”.
DemonRat election officials are CONSPIRING with the DemonRats within the USPS to CREATE A CONTAMINATED ELECTION whereby a YOUNGKIN WIN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED, either on election night or afterwards via legal challenges.
People should be standing guard at every polling and counting facilities as well as drop box locations, film everything. If a delivery truck shows up at 3AM, call your friends and confront the driver. Ask him to show you the contents, if he does not do this willingly its illegal ballots. Until we start taking drastic actions, nothing is going to change. We are at war and losing badly.
Lawyers were hired to fight it last week, now this “unexpected” turn of events that will set up weeks of fraud.
That must mean that McAwful is down 250 k votes, so they need to manufacture 300 k votes to “win” by a nice margin.
I believe the Post Office has already said...you’re full of sh**.
